  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp champagne or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 12 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chili flakes, to taste

Other Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 23 balls burrata cheese, at room temperature
  • Grilled bread or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, champagne vinegar, honey, garlic, basil, and thyme. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  2. Marinate the Tomatoes: Add tomatoes to the marinade and toss to combine. Let them marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before serving.
  3. Serve: Break the burrata over a serving bowl and arrange the marinated tomatoes around it. Serve with grilled or toasted bread.
