Ingredients

Fresh Ravioli:

12 oz fresh ravioli from the refrigerated section

Eggs:

2 eggs

Breadcrumbs Mixture:

1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp Italian seasoning

To Dip:

1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  2. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Breading Station: Create a breading station with bowls of ravioli, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dip each ravioli in eggs, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Spray and Preheat: Place breaded ravioli on a plate, spray with olive oil, preheat air fryer to 380˚F.
  5. Air Fry: Arrange ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Transfer crispy ravioli to a serving dish and enjoy with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container.
  • Reheat by air frying at 380˚F until warm.
  • To freeze, place breaded ravioli on a lined baking sheet, freeze, then store in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
