  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped (or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss the mushrooms: Toss the mushrooms in oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange: Arrange the coated mushrooms in a single layer on a baking pan.
  3. Roast: Roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender, mixing halfway through.
