Banana Chocolate Chip Air Fryer Pancakes:
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas
- 1 large egg, or 2 small eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsps melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- cooking oil spray or more melted butter to grease the pans
- optional toppings: sliced bananas, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
Instructions
- Mash the Bananas: In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork. Add in the egg, vanilla, milk, and melted butter. Whisk until well combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and chocolate chips. Whisk until well combined.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 350º F.
- Cook Pancakes: Spray pancake molds with cooking oil spray or grease with melted butter. Pour batter into each mold, place in the air fryer, and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Top pancakes with sliced banana, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
