Banana Chocolate Chip Air Fryer Pancakes:

  • 1 1/2 ripe bananas
  • 1 large egg, or 2 small eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsps melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • cooking oil spray or more melted butter to grease the pans
  • optional toppings: sliced bananas, chocolate chips, and maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mash the Bananas: In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork. Add in the egg, vanilla, milk, and melted butter. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and chocolate chips. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 350º F.
  4. Cook Pancakes: Spray pancake molds with cooking oil spray or grease with melted butter. Pour batter into each mold, place in the air fryer, and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown.
