  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 21 ounces potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onions: Melt butter in a pot, add diced onion, and sauté until translucent.
  2. Create the sauce: Add flour, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the pot. Stir well to avoid lumps.
  3. Add seasonings and vegetables: Mix in bay leaf, thyme, celery, carrots, salt, and pepper. Place chicken in the pot, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
