Instructions
- Mix Spice: Combine Kashmiri red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Set aside.
- Prep Lime and Pineapple: Cut lime into wedges. Cut pineapple into spears.
- Grill Pineapple: Brush grill with coconut oil. Sear pineapple spears for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve: Arrange seared pineapple on a platter. Serve with lime wedges and spice mix. Rub pineapple with spice mix using lime wedges. Enjoy!
