For the Chicken:
- 1 lb chicken breast

- 2/3 cup of oil
- 2 TBSP of butter
For the Flour Mixture:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and steak seasoning
For the Egg Wash:
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
For the Gravy:
- 1/3 cup of grease from frying chicken
- 1/3 cup of flour
- 3 cups of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, egg wash, then flour again. Fry until golden brown and fully cooked.
