For the Strawberry Base:
- 4 medium strawberries with stems removed
- 2.5 tablespoon white granulated sugar or substitute with honey or maple syrup
For the Matcha Latte:
- 1.5 teaspoon matcha
- 4 tablespoon boiling water
- 3/4 cup milk or plant-based milk
- 8 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Base: In a tall glass, muddle or blend the strawberries with sugar until pureed.
- Assemble the Drink: Add ice cubes to the glass, pour milk over the ice, and set aside.
- Prepare the Matcha: Sift matcha powder into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until frothy.
- Finish the Latte: Pour the matcha over the milk, stir, and enjoy!
