- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Taco Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
For Assembly:
- 6 soft taco tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Step 3: Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: Prepare taco sauce by mixing mayonnaise, honey, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
- Step 5: Warm tortillas, spoon beef mixture, drizzle taco sauce, add cheese and cilantro. Serve.
Add beef to skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
