For the Macaroni:

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, chopped (or mixed chopped green onion greens and yellow onion)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Pinch chili pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start cooking the pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the macaroni as per package directions.
- Brown the beef and onions: Brown ground beef in olive oil, then add onions and cook until soft.
- Add the seasonings and tomatoes: Season with celery seed, crushed red pepper, and seasoned salt. Pour in tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer.
