Ingredients

Scale

Vegetables & Meat

  • 1 Pork Kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 Sweet Potato, chopped
  • 4 Small Potatoes (purple, Yukon gold, or baby reds preferred), chopped
  • 2 Heads Broccoli, chopped

Seasonings & Oils

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (for potatoes)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (for broccoli and sauce)
  • 1-2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt (for sauce and broccoli)

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard (or Stone Ground Mustard)
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for roasting.
  2. Prepare Honey Garlic Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar, 3 minced garlic cloves, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon dried basil, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of this sauce for serving later.
  3. Coat Potatoes: On a baking sheet, spread 1 tablespoon olive oil evenly, add chopped sweet potato and small potatoes. Sprinkle with 1-2 teaspoons kosher salt and a pinch of black pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
  4. Add Kielbasa: Place the sliced pork kielbasa on the baking sheet with the potatoes. Brush the kielbasa generously with the honey garlic sauce, leaving the reserved portion untouched. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Prepare Broccoli: While the kielbasa and potatoes bake, drizzle the chopped broccoli with 2 tablespoons olive oil, ¼ teaspoon salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Toss to coat.
  6. Add Broccoli & Continue Baking: After the initial 20 minutes, add the broccoli to the baking sheet. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the broccoli is bright green and tender, and the potatoes are cooked through.
  7. Finish & Serve: Remove the sheet pan from the oven. Brush the kielbasa with the remaining honey garlic sauce or drizzle it over all the ingredients. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

Notes

  • Preferred potato varieties are purple potatoes, Yukon gold, or baby red potatoes for best flavor and texture.
  • To reheat leftovers, place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until hot.
