- Prepare the Bacon: Take each rasher of bacon and stretch it out a little. Slice each rasher in half widthways to create smaller pieces suitable for wrapping each sausage.
- Wrap the Sausages: Take a cocktail sausage and wrap one piece of the sliced bacon around it. Make sure the bacon overlaps slightly to hold the sausage securely.
- Arrange on Tray: Place the bacon-wrapped sausages seam-side down on a baking tray. This ensures they stay wrapped during cooking.
