  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup dry orzo pasta

  • 5 ounces baby spinach
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • freshly ground black pepper, for serving

  2. Sear Salmon: Sear the seasoned salmon in oil and butter until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Cook Orzo: Saute garlic and onion, then add thyme, orzo, and broth. Simmer until orzo is almost cooked.
