Cauliflower Steaks:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower (approximately 23 pounds)

Seasoning Mixture:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
  2. Prepare cauliflower steaks: Cut the cauliflower into steaks about 1” thick.
  3. Make seasoning mixture: Mix olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder in a bowl.
  4. Season cauliflower: Brush cauliflower steaks with the spice mixture.
  5. Roast: Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, flip, and roast for another 15 minutes or until golden and tender.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
  • To reheat, cover and microwave on 50% power or reheat in the oven at 325°F.
