Spicy Tuna:
- 8 ounces sashimi grade tuna, cut into small 1/4 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons spicy mayonnaise (see recipe below)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (reduced-sodium preferred)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
- 3 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon black or white sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 cucumber, cut into slices 1/4 inch thick (English or)
Spicy Mayonnaise:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Instructions
- Spicy Mayonnaise: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until combined.
- Spicy Tuna Bites: In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of the spicy mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, green onions, and sesame seeds. Add the tuna cubes and mix gently until coated. Place tuna mixture on cucumber slices. Serve as is or over rice or wrapped in seaweed.
- Optional: Drizzle more sriracha sauce, spicy mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and green onions on top. Enjoy!
Notes
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Raw fish should be consumed fresh to prevent spoilage.
