  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Wrappers and Frying:

  • 18 wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prep and Fill: In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  2. Assemble: Place filling in center of wonton wrappers, fold into triangles, seal edges.
  3. Deep Fry: Fry filled wontons in hot oil until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Notes

  • For Oven Baking, preheat to 425°F and bake assembled wontons for 12-14 minutes.
  • For Air Frying, preheat to 370°F, spray wontons with cooking spray, and cook for 7-9 minutes.
